Spacious room
Good atmosphere and most of the guests were foreigners. Welcome cake and fruits on the plate in our room were excellent.
The bad point was
I found the difficulty of using mobile signal when was on the high top of hotel.

Outside looks ok but small and old inside room
Very beautiful 360 panoramic view on the top roof. Too crowd of people at lobby. Unfriendly staffs without smiling. Hotel is pretty old, needs a renovation. Plentiful dust on carpet, too small bathtub. Good location at the center of shopping area.

We stayed 3 nights in suite room. One extra bed is added in living room, great. Specious room, comfortable. 7 Eleven opens 24 hrs on lobby fl. Unlike is wifi charges very expensive costs 400 baht/day. Its signal always failed and not worth for what I have paid. The hotel should discount this charge for us.

Convenient location
Big room and fully equipped with facilities. What dislike are hot water system was broken. We had to wait it fix almost half of the day.

pressive service, except staffs at check in counter was very unpleasant. They didn't even say sawasdee to guests. How could they do in charge of guest relations task. They didn't pay well attention to us, or they might be trained to be good look after only foreigners. My husband and I were in doubt of them. Car park was totally inconvenient, looked old and scary. We were afraid of being robbed at night. Swimming pool was too small comparing to other 4 stars hotel.

Inexpensive room rate comparing to the location which are convenient to shopping center. A lot of wholesale fashionable things at Pratunam area. Easy access from hotel to go other places.
